Contractor agreement

If approved, you'll receive a pre-filled Independent-Contractor Agreement to sign and return as part of onboarding. By submitting this application you acknowledge the basics below.

You will work as an independent contractor— you set your own hours, use your own equipment, and accept or decline each signing offer at your own discretion. You're responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licensing on your end.

You agree to keep your Texas notary commission, E&O insurance (≥ $100,000), and a current background-check report (within the last 12 months)in good standing for the duration of your engagement. You'll upload your existing certificates — we don't order or run new background checks on you.

Full terms — confidentiality, signing standards, termination, indemnity, governing law — are in the Independent-Contractor Agreement we send on approval.
